Sharon Osbourne tops makeover poll

Sharon Osbourne tops the list of celebrities who have transformed their image over the years. The wife of rocker Ozzy and X Factor judge has transformed her image with the help of liposuction, a tummy tuck, boob job and face lift. Madonna, Davina McCall, Carol Vorderman and Cher were among the others admired for altering their image, although not with plastic surgery. Pop star Michael Jackson was voted as having the most disastrous change of identity in the poll of 3000 people. He tops the list of bad celebrity makeovers, which included Celebrity Big Brother star Pete Burns, socialite Jocelyne Wildenstein, actress Leslie Ash and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham. The survey, for credit protection firm CPP revealed that six in 10 Brits wish to change their identities to resemble the famous and rich.
