According to Contactmusic.com, Great White band's lead singer Jack Russell has undergone plastic surgery to give his face a youthful new look and get rid of his "turkey neck".
The 45 years old rocker is set to make a comeback after the tragic fire accident in Rhode Island in 2003, which wrecked his career.
