Default Breast Implants @ Strax in FL

Has any one had implants done at Strax Rejuvenation? I hear their commercials on 97.9 WRMF, and I have a consultation in July. They are offering implants for only $3,499. Im quite scared that something may go wrong or that they are not that reputable because of their very low offer.

Anyone had IMPLANTS at Strax? Please tell me about your experience and who your doctor was.

WHATEVER you do, do not do it under local. I've done it and do not recommend it to anyone. as far as the job itself its only been about 5 days and im still recovering. So still sore to say the least. if u spend the extra money and go for general you'll have a better experience and to me the recovery rate is the same dont let them say otherwise just so u can save a few bucks. i had dr. goldberg and i didnt find any bad records on him. But still look around dont let money be the judge. Goodluck.

I had my BA done at Strax. My doc was Dr. Osak Oplempu and he was GREAT!!!! He help me pick the perfect size 425cc to go from a 34B to a 34C. I was vert nervous about going to Strax and the first doc who was going to do my surgery wasnt friendly AT ALL. I felt if Im put my body at risk Im doing to let someone I feel comfortable with do it.

I chose him because he is from Panama and so is my boyfriend which really isnt a good reason but HES THE BEST!!!!

The day of my friiend was in pre opt with me and he told me when on the table he was going to give me three injection on each breast and after each injection he wants me to breathe out. That made me even more nervous. In pre opt they give you your pills to take and from there I remember NOTHING. The three injections Nope dont remember.

My friend is going to have him do her boobs; she said what sold her was when he came to get me from the pre opt room help helped me up to my feet and asked if I was dizzy. Since I had taken the meds I was speaking but not making any sense. He then sat me back down and went to get a wheel chair then wheeled me into surgery himself. She said she expected him to call a nurse and have them do it but the fact he did it himself showed allot. Also, Ive heard stories about when its time for your followups you are pushed onto a doc other than your own. Well, i can honestly say Ive had two followups so far and hes been the one taking care of me.

My original surgery date was Aug. 21 but pushed it up to Aug. 2.

He is great and I did my procedure under local. I cant imagine going under or paying extra to do so when I felt nothing I dont even remember anything. I just remember waking up at home in my bed not in ANY pain but sore and ice and the meds took care of that. I read so many stories of why local is horrible and you feel everything and you are awake. I WASNT AWAKE, I FELT NOTHING; MY DOC WAS GREAT and my boobs look so wonderful!!

Ive wanted them since I was 18 and here I am 27, finally have them and along the way cleared up ALLOT of myths. I cant speak for all the docs at Strax only mine and as far as Im concerned he the best!!

Thumbs up Local BA at Strax

I just had a BA redo to for the 3rd time to have a previous surgeons mistakes fixed, Having already had 1 redo done under local I had chose local and strax b/c I hate anesthesia and I had a great experience, I took several pills and dont remember or feel anything after that, i just remember waking up and going home. The Dr was wonderul (fisher). I had my first BA done at a different location under general and hated it, I had the hardest time waking up and felt miserable forever afterwards to do local was perfect for me, the staff for the surgery was great and the Dr was better than i could have imagined, I never thought that my issues would be corrected where I could finally be happy with the results, but I finally got it with my surgeon there - can't say enough good things about him. I did my research as well and had 3 other consults with other surgeons in the area all at seperate surgery centers. The only complaint at strax was that the schedule things so tight that I have had very long waits for follow up appts.
