I was wondering if anyone had any input on Dr. Graham from Strax. He seems thorough but I am unsure. I will be getting low profile saline implants under the muscle. Are those good? I am still unsure what low profile is (is it like tear drop?). Whats the best way to go for the most natural feeling implant when you don't have much tissue to start with? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did not have Dr. Graham but did have surgery at Strax. I had a BL with Dr. Gordon.
I have a friend that had BA with Dr. O (gonna get that name wrong at Strax and she looks great. There are a few threads here about Strax- some folks happy, some not. I read through and decided to give Strax a shot. I got Dr. Gordon for the consult and most people here have been happy with him. He is very nice and listened to me. I'm happy but think I would look better with an implant. I choose no implant and will likely stay without (just due to my age) but if I decide to get one - I'll go with Dr. Gordon again. Strax isn't an 'experience' or fluffy. It was clean, the staff was super nice but they do a lot of surgeries and that will not escape you. I think the lower price is b/c of the volume of patients they see. I do not think they do 'lesser' work. Just wanted to share what little I do know. Hopefully someone with implants like you are considering will show up soon. |

I had my implants done by dr graham on 6/25/09 and the look beautifull, I'm very happy w/ the results .His office is clean , nice , his staff at the surgical center treated me like a baby, for follow ups I always get him( not a nurse o a PA), waiting period 10-15 min, no complaints at all. My implants are Mentor Round moderate profile saline done under the muscle, go to Mentor .com and you can see al the profiles pictures.
