Breast Massage after augmentation - Questions

Hi! I just had breast augmentation on October 12th at Strax LauderHill location. My doctor was Dr. Gordon and so far I'm very happy with the results!!

My questions are these:

1) Do you have any breast pain/soreness in the morning after waking up?
2) How do I know if I'm performing breast massage correctly?

Any tips or advice would be much appreciated - Thanks!!!
