I'm scheduled for ionithermie

Hi,

I noticed that someone asked about ionithermie and I just wanted to let people know that I am scheduled for my first session next Tuesday. I am having smartlipo in January but I thought that I would try a few sessions of this first. I'm also going to do a 21 day full body cleanse at the same time along with a few spa feng-shui (the cocoon) sessions that will take place right before each ionithermie session. I really want to clean out as many trapped toxins as possible before I do the smart lipo so that I can get the very best results possible. Then after the lipo, my plan is to have several lymphatic drainage massages as I understand this is really good to help with the swelling and such. If anyone is interested, I will let you know how the ionithermie, etc. goes.
