I have a girlfriend in AZ that's done a couple of Velashape sessions. She only mentioned she lost 3 pounds. It was expensive too.

Default i wouldn't look at the poundage lost as the indicator

i lost more weight than she, but i also started going to the gym 5x a week and strictly reduced my calorie and carbohydrate intake.
velashape is supposed to do two things: cellulite reduction and spot reduction.
it has done virtually NOTHING for my celllulite. it does appear, though, that it has contributed to my losing some of the fat globs on my inner knees that made me look knock-kneed. the rest of the fat reduction could well be the result of exercise and diet.

Hi,
I used to have pretty bad cellulite which only got worse after I get pregnant. I had it mostly around my inner thighs and bottom and a bit on my tummy as well. I tried eating more healthy food and did a lot of exercise as well which friends and family members recommended but my skin was still lumpy and floppy. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed to have got rid of her cellulite by using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked pretty well. It took a couple of weeks but my skin had improved a lot and I managed to get rid of my cellulite completely. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below:

As for smartlipo I can't say as I haven't used it.

I had this done several months ago...I didn't get the desired results I was hoping for. I drank plenty of water which is what is recommended when you get the treatment. I may have saw better results if I had of had more sessions.

Are there any more updates with people who had had smart lipo for their cellulite?
