Default Hydrogen peroxide for whiter teeth?

Hi, I am on here for something else and just browsing. I have been rinsing with H202 for my whole life now and have really, really white teeth. Yay! (I love my teeth- they are my one part of the body I like). Is this bad for me though?

My husband has been rinsing with hydrogen peroxide forever (he's 51) and he hasn't had any problems. His teeth are also really white. This is the very thing that is in all of the teeth whitening products from the dentist but just a lesser percentage.
