Fluid Accumulation after facelift

I had a quick-lift, lipo of the jowls, a necklift, and some fat transfer 4 days ago and have to say it has been absolutely pain-free. I do have a problem though with fluid accumulating in pockets below my ears and right under the jawline by my ears. I had it drained the day after surgery, but it's back ever bigger. Has anyone had this problem? Will it go away by itself? I'm scared that the skin won't re-adhere with the fluids sloshing around.

GET to your DOC ASAP. Maybe you need a small drain placed? But do not hesitate this can effect the results dr. B

Thanks for the advice Dr.B. I went back to the doctor and he drained some more fluid off.
