Well all I suggest believe in best. Go for researches and patient success stories and then only select your surgeon.
One important thing which must be considered that the surgeon must be a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Thanks |

Hi Kate, usually cheap and best are not really possible in plastic surgery. Usually cheap means horrible results often performed by people without the proper training or credentials. One exception to this is to go to a country where the medical care is excellent, but due to a poor economy it is a bargain for someone coming from a more prosperous economy. I recently went to Argentina for vacation last March and even though the flight was pricey, the accomodation and food was incredibly good and cheap. Plastic surgeons there are highly trained and cost about half of what they would in America. One surgeon I had a consultation with and was very impressed with was Dr. Santiago Goldenberg. Apparently he is one of the top 3 nosejob doctors in the world. He said he would do my upper and lower eyes, nose job and chin liposuction for about $10 000 - half of what I was quoted for the same procedures by Dr. David Rosenberg in New York.
