I'm thinking of getting surgery in the future

I'm thinking of having facial surgery in the future due to my circumstances but I do not want plastic surgery. I just want a mild surgery on my skin and fix my nose a little bit (trying to look handsome for my gf).

However, I'm currently having difficulties finding an office job due to global recession so I have to work in a chocolate factory with about the same salary. Anyway, can these type of work affects my surgery or causing any side effects?.

I also wanted to ask if there is any option for me to under take surgery (im a male with light skin) and what is the best choice for me? And will such labor job have an affect on my surgery?

Any recommendation?
I work in the factory 9 hours a day for 5 days. So i want to know if it can be bad if i take face surgery, and I also wondering how long it will last or will i age faster after taking surgery
