The best surgeons sew the area in front of the ears to the tragus (that little "button" that's at the front of your ear) and the stitching should be absolutely invisible when they are done.
NO good surgeon leaves scars in front of the ears. If you go to a surgeon and his facelift photos show scars in front of the ears then go to another one who knows how to do a facelift. Front ear scars went out 20 years ago!

What is the procedure called for a facelift that has the scars behind the ear not in front? Is it endoscopic?
Can this procedure be done for the neck as well?
