Facelift & scars?

NO good surgeon leaves scars in front of the ears. If you go to a surgeon and his facelift photos show scars in front of the ears then go to another one who knows how to do a facelift. Front ear scars went out 20 years ago!

What is the procedure called for a facelift that has the scars behind the ear not in front? Is it endoscopic?
Can this procedure be done for the neck as well?

That sound perfect. No visible scars. Who was the doctor that performed the procedure?
Anyone know of doctors in Thailand who do this kind of virtually scarless surgergy?

All my scars are in my hairline and one small one under my chin. It was expensive but worth it.
