Question Lumps after smartlipo

I am 4 weeks post op and I have several lumps in my abdomen. Is there a way to make them go away faster?

I've heard that lymphatic drainage (?) massages help smooth out the lumps. I'm sure if you do a search for "lumps", you'll find tons of info.
