4 to be exact and he badly botched all of them!
Please take a look at the photos of right after the surgery and 9 months later.they can be found here: http://www.badplasticsurgeon.blogspot.com He has done nothing but make excuses and has even tried to blame me for his mistakes. Read my blog.. Recently I went online and found this women's post at "WikiAnswers". It has gained in the rankings and was found 3 listings down from Dr. Romero. He has this week made a move to have it removed. But I will post a copy of it here and will contact this woman to post here as well. "Please do not go to Dr. Manuel Gutierrez Romero. He is located in Tijuana, just right across from the border in the Lloyd building. My sister and I both went to Dr. Romero for breast implants. He was highly recommended by some co-workers. Dr. Romero appeared to be a friendly man and knowledgable in his field. However, we took my mom in for a tummy tuck and the surgery went wrong. Soon after the surgery my mom became ill and she went back to Dr. Romero who said that there were some complications due to the surgery and the area became infected. Dr. Romero said they would need to perform another tummy tuck in order to correct the mistakes of the first surgery. Due to the complications of the second surgery my mom passed away under his care. He did not have the necessary equipment when she fell in state of shock in order to revive her. We tried to do all we could in order to have a doctor in San Diego look at her, but there was not enough time. If we knew he was not properly equipped for a situation like this we would have never gone to him." |

Unfortunately, most plastic surgereons do not use a regular hospital that has all the medical equipment and various specialized Dr's on hand. This is the case anywhere you go US, Mexico anywhere. And most unfortunately their is risks and complications that can occur after plastic surgery or any surgery. This does not mean the Dr. needs to be the fall guy if things go wrong. Plastic surgery is different that fixing a broken leg. We are each different and will having varying results. Most Dr.'s in any practice from any country will lose patients they have performed surgery on for various reason's sometimes being that it is the Physcians fault and sometimes it just happens. My deepest sympathy to those that have lost someone in this case.
