Some confusion regarding Versalles Center policies?

There seems to be some confusion regarding Versalles Center policies. Patients who have the Smartlipo procedure stay at the center for up to 48 hours and our monitored in a clinical setting. This allows continued patient evaluation. Patients can address any after care questions with the Doctor and/or nurses during that time.

Upon the patients return home the nurse in charge of their care while at the center will contact them to answer any questions and receive an update on their status.

If a medical issue ever presents after returning home the Doctor will be in direct contact with the patient.

Patients are given post op instructions which include answers to general after care questions. If during the healing process any patient has additional questions they will be answered by trained staff member. If a further evaluation is deemed necessary an office visit will be scheduled. If the patient can not come to the center photos may be asked to be sent.

Sadly, this was not our experience. We stayed in the area an extra two nights and called repeatedly throughout the day and night and left a message every time, with NO return phone call from ANYONE, because of a scary situation with my friend.

This forum is full of patients, past and future, who have had communication issues.

Versalles has so many great things going for it but "phone calls" are not on the list but thank you for coming on. It's nice to see you come out of lurking mode and join our conversations. We look forward to being able to communicate with you on an avenue that works!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!
