I don't think you are going to be disappointed. I've been going with him for a while for follow ups and he was always very professional and kind. He probably had a bad day last time you went. The only thing that it is true is that he is super professional and he absolutely knows what he is doing.
I also want to tell you that I read an article a while ago about Ashley Tisdale's nose job. It was an interview the magazine did to her and she said that she had her first nose job with a plastic surgeon (don't remember his name) and it went so bad that she had part of her face paralyzed and after that she decided to go with Kanodia, who did what he could with her breathing and her other problems. I don't think it is fair to blame him for Tisdale's bad nose job.

thanks! everyone has mostly written horror stories about him and it freaked me out. i guess you can come across bad cases with any doctor and i guess people mostly would only write about a bad experience out of anger versus good experience....good to read something nice about him!

Sorry to disappoint you but the truth is that he is rude, self-centered and unprofessional. No, he didn't just have a bad day. His "bad" reputation has merit to it.

I had my nose done by him (it's just been over a year) and I can't breath, I have collapse of the middle vault and inverted V deformity.
When I saw him for a follow-up visit (before the deformities appeared) and started asking him questions about the healing he started yelling at me and told me that I should just be happy because he did an amazing job. The whole time he talked about himself and how great he is and what a wonderful job he did. Not once did he ask me how I felt about the outcome of the surgery. Let the truth be told; I had very realistic expectations and am a very fair person. There is very good reason for me not to be happy with the results.

You should feel at ease to go back to your surgeon with any kind of questions or concerns. This is not the case with Mr. Kanodia. Anyhow, I read about his temper before I decided to go with him but like you thought that maybe there was more to the story.
