I just had a consult w/ him and he quoted me $18k. to just fix my bump. I'm still looking around for a good surgeon that does his level of work for less.

Minnie -- Have you found another doctor? Do you know anyone that has gone to Dr. Kanodia? If so, are they happy with his work?

My aunt got her nose done by Dr. Kanodia 17 years ago and it looks great. He was much less expensive, obviously, back then. I have an appt. w/ Dr. Nassif in Feb. who also seems to have a great reputation for rhinoplasty. I will post back w/ how that goes.

Could anyone tell that your aunt changed her nose after the operation or were the results so subtle that only she knew that something had changed?? I'm afraid of looking completely different, yet I would like my nose refined. I'm agonizing over this decision.

I could tell b/c she is my aunt but overall it looks very subtle and natural. If you just have a minor changes to make and are not looking for a drastic makeover then he can do a very natural job. He is actually known for exactly that. My aunt just had her bump fixed and nose slightly narrowed. I'm also agonizing b/c $18k. is a lot of $$$ and I don't have that much to fix.

It is alot of money, but I feel like I would trust Dr. Kanodia because I agree with his overall philosophy and I would feel confident letting him change my appearance. I think when it comes to your face, it is well worth the cost, even if you pay it off over time. You only have one chance to get it right. I think I need the same thing as your aunt -- just remove the hump and make the tip slightly smaller. Was she able to keep the same shape/appearance of her nose somewhat? Was she thrilled afterward or did it take her some time to get used to it? Did she think that Dr. Kanodia and the people working at his office were nice and professional?

I haven't heard of any other doctors. Ultimately, I decided not to get my nose fixed. I didn't like the way that Ashley Tisdale's nose turned out. I'm too afraid of getting a result that I'm not happy with.

I had a Rhinoplasty done by Dr. Raj Kanodia couple of weeks ago and I am very dissapointed
it was very very expensive and the results are very minimal nobody at work realized and I just cannot see much of a diference, he is always in a rush and appear to be in a bad mood.
My nose looks asymetrical and overall my nose is a total dissapointment.
Now I am broke and unhappy.
if you are looking for a very minor change go with him but if you really have an ugly and big nose like mine beware that he is way too conservative and quite expensive 18k, plus travel expenses,medicine,lab work and other things.
At least $20k, was it worth in my case NO.
