Ary Krau in Miami also does really beautiful noses!

Ary Krau in Miami also does really beautiful noses. None of his noses look like everyone elses (you know how some surgeons noses all look the same no matter who they do it on?), which to me is a sign of a great surgeon. He uses a closed technique so it heals faster and there's a bit less pain (so I am told, I have not had one).

I would not choose Ary Krau for botox or other surgery. I found him pushy and arrogant - as soon as I met with him for botox, he recommended eye surgery for me. I left the clinic after paying $450 for botox (crows feet and minimal between brow lines). 2 weeks later and the results are negligible.
After returning to the clinic for a touch up, I said other clinics offer a complimentary touch up, in saying that I also thought he was quite expensive compared to other clinics, and that I found his immediate eye surgery recommendation a little inappropriate, he became very defensive saying that my attitude in life was to criticize and have a happy life.
Very distressing indeed.

I will agree that he is an arrogant guy... I'm so sorry you went through that with him. I had a completely different experience.

He did my breast augmentation last year and OMG--- he did a great job. They fit me perfectly (I'm now a 34C) and they have a natural drop. During one of my post op visits I had an opposite experience from yours. I WANTED Botox and Restylane and he said, "no... don't need it." He told me I looked great, gave me a hug/kiss goodbye and that was that. LOL! So, I don't find him pushy.... but yes arrogant.

I asked Krau bc I was there for a post op visit for the boobs and I hadn't had Botox/ Resty in over 1 1/2 yr .... but in the past I have used a dermatologist named Mariano Busso for Botox and Resty. Busso is SOOOOooooo nice. I think he charges 300 for Botox. He always has me laughing when I'm there .... he has a very positive energy. You might want to give him a shot (he's in Miami... near Coral Gables).

Right now, I'm online trying to learn a bit of what others are saying about their experience with Krau regarding rhinoplasty. I decided since he did such a great job on the boobs; maybe he will do well with the nose, since it's supposed to be his specialty.

I am SO nervous... frightened I won't have a good result.

Hey Jessika, I was so surprised to read chablis experience...it doesn't sound like the Dr. Krau I know...as well as all of my friends and family. I had my breast augmentation and nose done with him last year. I honestly couldn't be any happier, not just with my amaaaazing results; but mostly with his care. He's the only Docotr that got so involved through the whole process. When I go to my follow up visits, it's only him checking on my results and offering the best care. I get so many compliments on my breast and everyone thinks my nose is natural. I was so pleased that I have brought my own family and friends to have surgery with him. I wouldn't have sent them anywhere else! he has consistently shown his talent with all the women I've seen...many in miami! I also taught in a great schhol where all of my students mom recommended him after having their sargery/surgeries done with him and they were all exceptionally happy. He;s got a huge follwoing, so for me to hear that comment before ...its a first!!! You should go by and see the results on his book...hey you may even see me in the book I was so thankful to him for my beautiful results that I agreed to say YES to sharing my results. I am SHOCKED!!! I WENT TO SEE MANY SURGEONS BEFORE PICKING MY DOCTOR, I ACTUALLY WENT TO THE TOP SURGEONS IN MIAMI. DR KRAU WAS AMONG THEM, AND THE REASON I CHOSE HIM IS BECAUSE HE HAD EXCELLENT RESULTS AND BECAUSE HE WAS THE MOST HONEST, GENUINE, AND PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I HAD VISITED. MY EXPERIENCE IN HIS PRACTICE, FROM HIS STAFF TO HIS NURSE TO HIS ANESTHESIOLIGST AND TO HIS RESULTS BEING SUPERIOR THAT MADE IT ALL A TOP EXPERIENCE!!

i had my nose done 3 times by other doctors and really didnt like the resultas and had given up trying to fix it. Dr Krau who had done my breasts in the past had encouraged me to fix it. Two months ago i had it done with him, he took a piece from my rib and and built up my nose. i can't believe how good it came out. i love my nose and love him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my nose done last week. Had my cast taken off just yesterday AND OMG OMG OMG-----the nose looks AWESOME!!!!! LOL!

I am SO happy I trusted my gut and went with him for the nose too.

Now... I feel like such HOT stuff. ...... awesome boobs and the cutest nose that absolutely fits my face. Thing is I JUST got the cast off and I love it already.... I mean- it's still swollen so I figured I would have to wait months to know if I liked it or not... but NOPE- IT's beautiful.

I actually hugged him after looking in the mirror.... he just laughed at me and said, "You're welcome... see you next week"

I nearly skipped out of the office.

I know this post sounds so overboard... but you have to understand that this was a revision rhino... the first guy did a really bad job and I wasn't happy with the crooked nose with a strange assymetrical tip. However, Krau fixed that and I am still getting used not thinking... "I wish my nose didn't look like this."


So... to anyone wanting a primary or revision rhino definitely consider Krau... the guy knows what he is doing!!!! He KNEW exactly what I wanted and what needed to be fixed. I was really shocked (because in my phone I had a list of the problems from the primary rhino that needed to be adressed). I didn't have to pull it out, bc he simply knew and told me - x, y, z needs to be corrected in the following way. I was like.... whoa- that is what I feel exactly

Anything I need in the future I will go to him. LOL.... he will be a part of a maintanence of a "hot Jessika" program. LOL!!!!

Oh.... as far as the arrogant thing.... on my last few visits (consult, surgery, follow-up of the nose)..... he was really down to earth and VERY in tune with what I wanted. So I obviously misjudged him before... I feel so badly that I agreed that he was arrogant in an earlier post. I have to take that back.

Hey Jessika, congrats on ur nose! Yaaay im so glad he fixed it. I am glad to hear u let him fix it, it was a no brainer right? OMG I love that part when the cast come off and ur loving what u see!! Its normal ur still swollen, I used to drink a loooot of pineapple juice to help the swelling go down. Congrats hot jess! Keep us posted. I hope you have a quick recovery
