I'm brand new at this site and am anxious to here various opinions. I've been researching plastic surgery abroad, possibly Brazil. Any and all thoughts on this are welcome.

I'm in Plano. I'm just starting to look into getting lipo (smartlipo) done too, but I want to stay in the area. I've heard Argentina is really good and some people in this forum love their Dr. in Mexico. If I spoke Spanish, I'd surely think about it.

Ddinwylie, you don't need to speak Spanish to go to Mexico, especially if you are going close to the border because enough people there speak english.

I think the most appropriate place for medical tourism is the india because it cost 50% less to the people.
Indian doctor's are famous in the world. As per one news requirement of indian doctor is great in U.S.A and U.K compare to other part of the world.

However, distance here is also a factor. Some patients would prefer to travel to nearer countries like Mexico or Brazil.

Whether a patient chooses to have a plastic surgery in the US, Canada, Europe or other popular countries, the most important thing is to research about the surgeon and the hospital or clinic he/she is going to.

Having decided to go abroad for face lift treatment and enjoy the summer I researched the options available and decided that Reve Medical Tourism appeared to offer the best service in Brazil, I wanted to improve the loose skin of the neck, the jaw line, the deeper wrinkle lines, and the corners of the mouth. Brazil is a very good country for plastic surgery, in South America you can go to Brazil, Argentine or Bolivia. They are the most famous countries to have a safe plastic surgery.

In Argentine Gosculptura is a good medical organisation (don't go with plenitas, check the forums they have a very bad reputation!!)

In Bolivia, MakeoverTravel has a very good reputation

In Brazil, Cosmetic Vacations seems to be an excellent organization

Help!!! I am canadian and have no idea where to get my breast implants!!! I want breast implants and a butt lift.. however..i am 100lbs and doubt they would be able to take any fat off of me to use. Also. Dr. hernandez said its impossible to get both done at the same time since i wouldnt be able to rest in bed, Go figure lol He didnt seem very happy.. doesnt give a whole lot of info.. I have contact TOOO MANY plastic surgeons VIA e-mail and usually they are just pouring out with information..they make it sounds almost too 'easy' but when i got a response from Dr. H he was very short with me... Does he want business or not? I am soo stuck..... i dont wanna skimp on the procedure since this SI my body we're talking about... i quite LOVE my body i just want to love it more. I love my boobs.. but they are uneven and if i am going under the knife to fix the uneven-ness.. i might as well go a bit bigger........ does anyone have any suggestions for plastic surgeons in costa rica, dominican, or brazil or something??? I really like the all inclusive deals..and they are so cheap. Gel tits in canada cost about 15,000$ CAN. ..just sems silly wen we could pay 4,000 USD and get a vacation out of it..plus my finace can come. Also.....i want to keep it a secret.. so going on 'vacation' is the perfect cover. Help!
