I'm a 31 year old female in Miami. I had a mini tummy with muscle repair + body jet lipo with fat transfer to butt. I'm sooo excited and happy. I had the procere about 7 weeks ago and I feel great. My recovery was fast and painless. My surgery was so worth it.
Don't be afraid just look for the right doctor. I reffered my doctor to others because not only that he is a smart lipo national trainer but he is a board certified with a lot of experience. Take the step!! |

Sophia: Glad to hear of your good experience. A question for you: I had a mini-tuck without muscle work, with lipo in my midsection. How soon were you told you can excercise? Prior to my surgery, I had been on my eliptical every day for 45 minutes, for the past 2 years. I am at day 12, and am wanting to get back on. Different doctors have different instrucitons. Mine says give it 3 to 6 weeks for going back to excercise, but that is on the "general" instructions given to everyone. My question is do you know if excercise helps the forming of scar tissue or makes it worse? Ever been told? I am finding it difficult to find any information on this on the web.
