Mini Tummy Tuck

I am scheduled to have a mini tummy tuck on Nov 12th. I'm worried that I may still be moving slow on Thanksgiving. Can anyone please share their recovery process of a mini tummy?

A mini tummy tuck comes in a few varieties. The incision will be a little shorter than a full tummy tuck and the operation might only remove some excess skin. In that case, you should be OK for Thanksgiving. If your surgeon is going to tighten the muscles as well you may have a little longer recovery time. 2 weeks may be enough to feel pretty good (by Thanksgiving) but you might still be a little uncomfortable. If your surgeon uses a drain it will likely be out by then. Of course, every patient has a different experience.
