Unsatisfied butt lift

I had my lipo with fat transfer at strax rejuvenation on February of 2008. Up to date I do not see any changes or difference. I complained with Dr. Okpakuu but he basically told me and my husband that he had done the best that he could. I specifically had told him that I wanted to have noticeable change, but he basically did what he felt like, to my dissapproval. I am really unsatisfied and would like to know if there is something else that can be done to correct this and that won't make me miss 2 weeks of work. Has anyone had a similar experience and what have you done. Any recommendations. Thanks.
