anyone else had any work done with Dr. Hernandez Pizzoglio in Sto. Domingo. I am going there on the 21st of Nov and want to get done breast implants, liposculpture, brazilian butt lift.

Dr.Hernandez performed my tummy tuck and rhinoplasty surgery (nose job) in May 2008. As I've told him on several occasions, I am very happy with the tummy tuck.
Unfortunately, he destroyed my nose and maimed my face. I have been to 3 different plastic surgeons. They saw the before and after and they could not believe their eyes! They told me that I will need extensive plastic surgery. I told Dr. Hernandez that I would need reconstructive surgery and asked for my operative reports so that I can have the surgery performed by a reputable plastic surgeon in New York. He refused. He offered to re-do the surgery; however, I will not return to DR to let him repair his damage because I don't trust him with my face.
I realize that there are many women who have had successful surgeries with Dr. Hernandez, but my face is permanently scarred until I can have it reconstructed.

Hi lareinataina68 and everyone....how was your visit to Dr. Alejandro? I am planning on going to DR in December 2008 to get lipo and butt augmentation (brazilian butt lift) I am very very nervous..i just wanted to know how was your experience with the Dr. and your procedure? Did you stay in the recovery room and if so how was that?

I had a wonderful experience. He is a very good doctor, very professional, up front, trust worthy, not compasionate nor sensitive. However, he did a beautiful job on me, I got a tummy tuck, lipo on my back and he made my butt larger. Because I really didnt have much fat to transplant he was only able to make it rounder and a nicer shape. I am very happy with the job. Regarding the pain it really wasnt much pain at all but he did give me 50mg of Morphine every 4 hours for the pain, which you do have to try to wean off of it before your body gets used to it. The thing that most bothered me was the drain that they put in, that on me it lasted 18 days and it was a pain cause it's like a belt long and it hurts at the end on it, its like a stabin pain. I am fine now but still wearing that support.
Any more questions, fell free to ask. But yes Doctor Hernandez Pizzoglio is a great doctor which much experience. He left me beautiful, with a size 7-8 and 150 lbs. I am 5'8 tall.

Dr. Hernandez Pizzoglio is a great and reputable Doctor in the Dominican Republic. Very nice and professional staff, doctors and nurses. Very clean clinic and he makes you feel very much at ease. I would totally recommend him before going to any other doctors.
I had a tummy tuck, lipo and brazilian butt lift.
I look beautiful and look so much younger and able to wear anything without being ashamed.

I am happy that some women have had good experiences with Dr. Alejandro Hernandez of PlastiCenter in the Dominican Republic. Luck for you...that is wonderful.
However, I had a bad experience and would like to remind women to do a lot of research before selecting a plastic surgeon. Dr. Hernandez may do good tummy tucks, but PLEASE do not let him anywhere near your face. I've posted here before because I had a very disastrous experience with him in May 2008. I had rhinoplasty, butt augmentation, and a tummy tuck. He did not do the butt augmentation because he said I didn't have enough fat to transfer, yet he still charged me. My tummy tuck was fine.
Regarding the nose...I wanted to make my wide, ethnic nose slightly narrower. When he initially removed the bandages I knew something was wrong. My nose was crooked, distorted, and bigger than before. Seven months later, there is still no change. I have been snoring every night, getting headaches, sinus headaches, feeling pain and pressure in my face, and feeling congested and stuffy. I never had these problems before. You would not believe my "before & after" photos. I have contacted him and he maintains a pompous, rude, and obnoxious attitude and has refused to give me my medical records/operative reports that I need to have secondary reconstructive surgery.
He may have had some happy former clients, but my face is now SCARRED by him. PLEASE USE CAUTION.

I am contemplating having a tummy tuck and butt lift with Dr. Hernandez in about 2 months or so. I live in The Bahamas. I've read alot of good things about Dr. Hernandez but i'm still a bit skeptical about the whole thing. On another forum i've read a few post from one of the members are saying that Doctor Hernadez is placing other doctors before and after photos on his website. Don't know what to believe!! Can someone tell me how was your actually experience with Dr. H. What procedure you had done and what was your opinion on the results. I really don't want to travel all the way there only to get surgery and be highly disappointed!!!
