A plastic surgeon, Dr. Jose L. Covarrubias, from Nogales, Arizona, has been charged with concealing and harboring a criminal. This doctor had changed the finger prints of a criminal by transplanting it with skin from the feet. Marc George, 42, a resident of Jamaica had his prints changed with skin from his feet.
