The 2nd annual AboutFACE, The Art and Science of Using Injectable Agents and Energy-based Devices for Facial Aesthetic Enhancement will be held from March 27 to 29, 2009. Educational Symposia will hold this event at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.

Highlights of the symposium
a. This symposium will focus on the evolving spectrum of aesthetic injectable agents.
b. Some of the agents that will be looked into include botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, energy based devices, minimally invasive facial rejuvenation treatments, periorbital techniques and key advances in cosmeceutical formulations.
c. It will also feature live demonstrations and workshops to complement the expanded symposium program.
d. Drs. Rod Rohrich, Richard Fitzpatrick, Julius Few, Gary Monheit, Cheryl Burgess, Steve Fagien, Jeffrey Kenkel, Steven Cohen, Val Lambros, William Groff, Victor Ross, Nowell Solish, Nathan Uebelhoer, and Wm. Philip Werschler, among others, will form part of the faculty.
d. Plastic surgeons, dermatologists, facial plastic surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons and other cosmetic specialists will form the audience.
e. Allergan, Artes Medical, BioForm Medical, Medicis, OrthoNeutrogena, Sanofi Aventis, SkinMedica and Wendy Lewis & Co Ltd. are the sponsors of the event.

Registration and cancellation
a. Interested candidates are advised to register themselves at the earliest.
b. There will be a $50 surcharge for anyone registering after March 18, 2009.
c. Cancellations must be received in writing.
d. A $50 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
e. Refunds requested in writing prior to February 27, 2009 will be issued for the amount of tuition paid less the $50 processing fee.
