Mintel the leader global supplier of consumer products and media intelligence, has spotted cosmetic trends, that would hit, for the forthcoming year 2007.

Natural cosmetics: The demand for current line of products based on chemicals, would shrink. The preference would be for cosmetic line of products based on natural ingredients.

Men to be the target of cosmetic companies: Gone are the days, where cosmetics are restricted to women. Cosmetic companies are now eyeing on the growing aesthetic market of men. Male grooming would be a booming market.

Traditional breakfast: People are now habituated to take cereal bars and quick fix products in their breakfast. This would be replaced by more natural food predominantly down the line.

Natural products from Amazon: Cosmetic producers would expand on widely available range of Natural cosmetic and beauty products, with ingredients derived from Amazonian natural resources.
