2. If I find his prices a bit Hollywood could you refer me to someone else

Dr. Kanodia does not come cheap - charging up to 3X more than what you'd expect to pay for a nose job - HOWEVER - this surgeon has a stellar reputation and appears to live up to expectation. This is why I've chosen to put my face in his hands. Yes, it's a lot of money, perhaps shockingly high to many of you, but I have seen countless bad and obvious-looking nose jobs, and I do not want to be among them. Trust is a big issue when opting for plastic surgery, so if I'm going to do it, I'm going with the best. His approach is conservative, and he understands the "artistry" of this procedure.
