The popular cosmetic procedures Botox and Restylane are set to be offered on your next mall trip. The Department of Plastic Surgery at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is teaming up with 60-year-old spa chain Georgette Klinger to arrange light medical procedures and surgery consultations at the Klinger Cosmedical Center. Dr.Rod Rohrich and Dr. Jeffrey Kenkel, shall together train licensed nurse practitioners to perform these treatments. At Klinger Cosmedical Center, Botox treatment will be offered at the price tag of $400. The UT Southwestern professors shall also will be monitoring and taking photographs of patients visiting, on a regular basis. The school will build a database of how products and procedures work, commenting on their credibility and efficacy.
