Tinnitus / Ringing ear condition is a problem faced by 50 million Americans, which till date has not had any cure. But help might be at hand for people who suffer from sleeping conditions, caused due to tinnitus / ringing ear condition. A new study shows that melatonin also called the the hormone of darkness can lessen ringing in the ears and help a person have a good night's sleep.
