Now, many top officials are waking up to the health risks posed by their hectic schedules. They have come up with innovative ways to make sure that they remain fit.
Spa programs for CEO's
a. Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Los Cabos, Mexico, offers a "weightlessness program" for weight loss. The program comes with exclusive services like personal butlers, diet consisting of only Juices, Variety of fitness classes, yoga and Pilates, etc. This program is for 14 days and it costs $59,400.
b. Spa Montage in Laguna Beach, California., offers exotic fireplaces, a cold plunge, paraffin treatments and special massages. One of their specialty treatments is the Gentlemen's Surrender program that has beach boot-camp workouts, therapeutic sports massages, surfing, sea kayaking and advice on the art of shaving.
c. Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa costs $5,100 a week . The center has 100 rooms with balconies, a Jacuzzi tub for three, afternoon massages and maid service twice a day. They organize visits to the doctor and includes healthy restaurant dining, stretching exercises and courses in sexuality and intimacy.
