agape-light.jpg Dr. Steven Popkow, a laser surgeon is offering "Agape Light" a program for a free of cost laser treatment for the removal of tattoos. He feels that it is a kind of service for the people who really need it. The one pre-requisite for the free tattoo removal is that patients are required to pray with a Christian pastor and attend the Culver City Seventh-day Adventist Church. This program is going forward with the grants from the Pacific Union Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, which pays for the maintenance of the $80,000 laser. Popkow performs the service every month or so in Culver City and Bakersfield, Calif. To qualify for the treatment one must have a tattoo that is clearly visible on the face, next or hands and people can sign up online. The cost of the treatment when performed at any laser center costs $150.
